This modern and tastefully furnished apartment with air conditioning, TV with limited channels, wi-fi and safe (extra charge). It offers a living-dining room with double sofa-bed, a kitchenette with 2 ceramic rings, microwave-grill and dish-washer, a bedroom with twin beds (1,90 x 90), a bathroom with shower as well as balcony with garden furniture.
The apartment belongs to the complex P&V Estartit Playa, which is formed by 3 4-storey apartment buildings totally renovated in 2016. Each building offers solarium with swimming pool and children’s part. Reception desk is situated in the main building. Garage (extra charge and depending on availability at arrival) or parking possibilities in the streets nearby.
The complexes are situated at the outskirts of L’Estartit. Beach at approx. 250 m. Supermarket, restaurants and bars at approx. 150 m. Town-centre at approx. 800 m.

Some possible excursions: Walks in the surrounding hills and along the coast; visit of the old centre of Torroella de Montgrí (6 km); La Bisbal d'Empordà (25 km) known by its ceramics; the medieval village of Peratallada (20 km); the Dali Museum in Figueres (40 km); the town of Girona (40 km).
The heart of the Costa Brava, at the foot of the Montgrí mountains, is the location of this former fishing-village, nowadays a modern and attractive tourist resort. Its 5 km of sandy beaches and the marina offer several water-sports facilities to the visitor. Across the bay are the Medes Islands. These are very well-known in diving circles due to their natural submarine reserve, which is one of the most important in the Mediterranean sea. Dives and glass-bottomed boat excursions are organized to visit the islands. The fishing port and the marina fit harmoniously into the resort image with street-cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs and shops waiting for the tourist.
Autobahn AP-7, Ausfahrt Nr. 5 (L’Escala/Empuries) und Richtung L’Escala (ca. 20 km) fahren. 1 km vor L’Escala rechts nach „Torroella de Montgri“ (ca. 12 km) abbiegen. Nach Durchquerung von Torroella de Montgri bei Kreisverkehr Schild „L’Estartit 6 km“ folgen. Bei Ortsbeginn von L’Estartit, vor Vergnügungspark „JOCS“ nach rechts Richtung „ELS GRIELLS“ einbiegen (gelbe Hinweisschilder). Dann nach ca. 150 m bei 3. Strasse (Carrer del Freu) nach links einbiegen und bis zum Ende durchfahren. Hier nach rechts und 2. Strasse (Avinguda Costa Brava) wieder rechts, um nach etwa 50 m „P&V ESTARTIT PLAYA“ auf rechter Seite zu finden.
