The Holiday house

A beautifully and extensively renovated Italian House in Ronco on Lake Maggiore with four bedrooms equipped with very beautiful and comfortable beds . On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed , a beautiful sofa, a green Bisazza bathroom , a dining room with pellet stove and a well equipped new kitchen where nothing is missing . Upstairs there are three bedrooms , two with a double bed and each with a balcony with a stunning lake view , a small bedroom with a bed 120/200 cm and a blue Bisazza bathroom . There is a large garden with several terraces, a garden kitchen and new Weber barbecue. The house has free internet / wifi and a modern satellite TV with multiple international channels. Easy walk to the beach.

Between the gate and the front door is an approximately one meter wide footpath . The garden has 3 terraces , one of which is directly behind the gate and the other two terraces are located in the rear of the garden and have a beautiful lake view . There is also a very well-equipped kitchen garden, with a new Weber grill and a hot plate . Several garden tables , chairs, benches and sun loungers are available .

Holiday destination Lago Maggiore

Lake Maggiore is about 12 minutes walk from our house and offers numerous beaches . The lake is very clean and you can swim in it wonderfully . The nearest swimming area from the house is a wood - metal bridge , from which one can jump and swim beautifully into the water . There are also other beaches , such as e.g. in Oggebio . In the area there are several boat rental and water sports facilities .
In the vast chestnut woods there is an extensive network of walking and hiking trails , as well as interesting single trails for mountain bikers. Moreover, a tennis center is near by and five golf courses , which are 15-30 minutes away by car .

Train: Verbania-Pallanza (about 6 km)

Sehr schönes Haus mit Charme und Atmosphäre

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal eine Woche vor Ostern in diesem Haus in Ghiffa, weil es uns im letzten Jahr so gut gefallen hat und weil es Platz für unsere Familie bietet. Das alte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert worden, mit Gespür für Farben und Tapeten und mit Verzicht auf Deko-Firlefanz. Die alten Bodenfliesen und die Türen sind erhalten geblieben. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Die Bäder sind modern und schick. Ganz toll der große Garten mit mehreren Sitzbereichen, einem Gartenhaus mit kleiner Küche und auch hier eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Leider war es diesmal noch zu kühl für ein Frühstück im Garten. Aber das Haus kann auch in der kalten Jahreszeit gut genutzt werden: Die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. Tipp: Wanderung von Cannero Riviera nach Cannobio oberhalb des Sees.

das Haus ist aktuell mit viel Geschmack für die erhaltene Architektur komplett saniert und renoviert worden. Dabei wird erfreulicherweise viel Wert auf die alten Baustrukturen gelegt. Angenehme ruhige Lage zentral ein sonniger Platz bis in die Abendstunden. Wir kommen wieder.

Stilvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Tolle funktionale Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten, Töpfen und Geschirr und angeschlossenem Essbereich. Alle vier Schlafzimmer ( zwei davon mit Seeblick ) haben gemütliche Betten. Moderne Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Im Garten direkt vor dem Haus kann man gemütliche Grillabende erleben. Sonnenliegen stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns im Haus super wohl gefühlt, waren durch Frau Timner und Anna di Lorenzo vor Ort in besten Händen. Wir verbrachten entspannte Tage am See und unternahmen einige Wanderungen in den Bergen. Ein rundum toller Urlaub, vielen DANK! Wir empfehlen das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiter.

In Azars liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus am steilen Hang von Ghiffa mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore haben wir uns zu unserem traditionellen Wanderwochenende sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitten im Ort wird man auch gleich von den Nachbarn und Inhabern des Alimentari um die Ecke mitbetreut. Sehr sehr italienisch und urgemütlich!
Unsere Wandertouren führten uns nicht nur auf den Hausberg Monte Cargiago, dessen Wanderweg tatsächlich vor der Haustür beginnt/endet, sondern auch zum Pian Cavallione von Capella fina hinter Miazzina, sowie rund um Cannobio im malerischen Flusstal von Santa Ana aus. Am schönsten war die Tour von Santa Agata aus über den Mt. Giove und Alpe Rombiago zurück nach Cannobio.
Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis bei bestem Wanderwetter auch und Dank des gemütlichen Hauses von Azar!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit sehr reichhaltiger und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Grosser Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Essplatz und Grillmöglichkeit. Haus und Garten mit Seeblick. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse am Berg, aber trotzdem kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Lago Maggiore sein. Mit dem PKW kann man die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung schnell erreichen. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist fussläufig 2 Minuten entfernt. Perfekte Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
