The outdoor areas offer welcoming corners to have a maximum relax during the stay. On a 70 m²-sized terrace you can sunbathe or read your favourite book on the sunbeds, freshen up in the outdoor shower or prepare a BBQ for your family or friends. Also, there are two porches with grass areas. There is a parking space for one car.
The interior is light and spacious and contains a 35 m²-sized living-dining room with a fire place, a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All three bedrooms offer fans and wardrobes. The first one has a double bed and an bathroom en suite with a hair-dryer. The second bedroom offers also a double bed. The third one has 2 single beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. There is another bathroom with a store room where you find a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
NOTE: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
