The larger of the two houses (Bella Uno) sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms. There is a reverse level open plan living area with a cosy wood burning stove, a complete entertainment system (SAT TV, DVD/CD player with 5.1 surround sound), kitchen and dining area all on the first floor which takes full advantage of the spectacular lake & mountain views. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower. To the side is an open terrace, ideal for 'al fresco' dining & access to the garden & pool.
Pool opening times: The pool is usually open from May 15th to September 30th. For arrival dates outside this period, please check before booking if the pool is open during that time.

Given the properties mountainside location in a wooded nature reserve access is via a steep & winding track for approx 1 mile, the main part is tarmac & an unmade rocky section for the last section (approx 300m). It is advisable therefore to arrive during daylight hours to be able to fully familiarise yourself with the roadway- certainly not suitable for inexperienced drivers.
