1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

Description

The house is just 6 minutes by car from the shores of Lake Garda, very convenient to get to all the attractions of the Lake, as well as supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants. The house has an area of 120sqm: porch entrance, consists of 3 bedrooms each with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, large living room with TV and kitchenette. The WI-FI is free. Upon request, we have a crib and high chair. Linen and towels are provided.

Schönes Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten. Pool ist top!! Große Küche mit viel Geschirr und Gläser, großer Kühlschrank und extra Gefrierschrank. Die Küche hat keine Spülmaschine und keine Mikrowelle. Drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder. Alles auf einer Ebene (ein Bad im Untergeschoss). Alles ist sauber, die Bäder sind in gutem Zustand. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und regieren sofort. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen (diese Woche 37 Grad im Schatten) kommt die Klimaanlage nicht mehr klar. Strandtücher vorhanden. Bettwäsche aus Synthetik (schwitzen!). Wir waren als Familie mit Hund dort und es können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
