The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a health crisis of international concern and therefore, the opportunity to travel is limited. It is important to always be informed about the current situation. We follow the announcements of international and national governments and health authorities. Please also inform yourself. Before you book your holiday or start your journey you should check official sources for possible travel restrictions.

Here are some tips for the travel planning:

1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

A heartly welcome to our cosy vacation home in preferred location of the district of Garmisch.
You'll find he top floor apartment within a quiet residetial neighborhood. On 80sqm it offers you everything you'll need for a recreative vacation:
2 separate bed rooms for a recreative family vacation or just for the bit of extra space. A very spacious living/dining room with all comfort and a tiled stove for cuddly hours.

The fully-equipped kitchen and the daylight bathroom round up our offer.

You'll find the apartment in a sunny, very quiet but central location of the district of Garmisch, within a well-maintained house with garden only 10 walking minutes away to the center of Garmisch - an ideal starting point for all your activities.

Parking you'll find in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, bus stations as well as bike and hiking trails are within walking distance. The Hausberg skiing area is close by (5 min. drive).

Enjoy the great view of the surrounding mountain panorama from the two spacious balconies (S-E-Zugspitz-view and N-W-Kramer-view).

Children up to 5 years stay for free.

Die Erklärung eines Reiserücktritts muss schriftlich an den Vermieter erfolgen. Maßgebend ist das Eingangsdatum. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir bei einem evtl. Rücktritt von einer verbindlichen Buchung folgende Stornierungsgebühren berechnen müssen:
Bis 3 Monate vor Anreise 10% des Mietpreises.
bis 1 Monat vor Anreise 40% des Mietpreises.
bis 1 Woche vor Anreise 70% des Mietpreises.
innerhalb der letzten Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 90% des gebuchten Mietpreises.
Bei Nichterscheinen werden 100% des Mietpreises fällig.
Wenn wir das Objekt an geeignete andere Mieter vermieten können, wird nach Stornierung einer verbindlichen Buchung lediglich eine Stornogebühr von 10% des Mietpreises fällig.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung des Mietpreises.
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

Ruhig und erholsam

Die Wohnung hat alles was man zu einer "Auszeit" braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind nach vorne, aber total ruhig. Dafür allein schon Daumen hoch. Ein kleiner Tipp oder Vorschlag meinerseits wäre, an den Balkontüren Fliegengitter anbringen, ich war schon arg gepiesakt ;-) an den Dachfenstern vielleicht Rollos, damit die Sonne da nicht so reinknallt. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)) Zum Zentrum und div. Restaurants kann man gemütlich durch die Straßen schlendern, schöne Häuser gucken und ist so in ca. 10 Min. da. Auch was die Wanderwege angehen, so kann man alles easy von der Wohnung aus machen. Fazit, Preis- Leistung 1+ Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Liebe Familie Gangolf, herzlichen Dank für Ihre hervorragende Bewertung! Das freut uns natürlich enorm und gibt uns mal wieder Rückmeldung hier, dass wir soweit (fast) alles richtig machen. Ihre Hinweise nehmen wir uns zu Herzen - wobei Sie diese arg heiße Phase erwischt haben, die es so eigentlich eher selten in Garmisch gibt. Tatsächlich waren wir selbst in Garmisch auch noch nie übermäßig von Mücken geplagt aber wir sind auch sehr bald wieder dort und werden berichten. Wir freuen uns eigentlich wieder sehr auf die kühlen Gamischer Nächte...
Auf jeden Fall klingt es danach, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserer Wohnung in vollen Zügen genießen und eine schöne Zeit in Garmisch verbringen konnten. Das macht auch uns glücklich! Dann freuen wir uns über eine Wiederholung! Bis dahin alles Gute, Ihre Familie Rall

Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt eingebettet in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Parkplatz fürs Auto und genügend Geschirr für die Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Corona bedingt konnten wir kontaktlos anreisen: was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Der einzige Nachteil ist das kleine Bad mit Klo. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung.
