The interiors of this two-storey property are modern and tastefully furnished. When entering the apartment, you will be in the sitting-dining room where you will be able to relax, eat together or watch a film on the satellite-TV (only English). The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. On the GF there is the master bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with a single bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with trundle bed and access to the lovely terrace (35 m2), where you can enjoy long talks with your loved ones.
There is A/C in the living-dining room and in the bedrooms. Furthermore, this property features satellite-TV (just in English) in the bedrooms, but we would like to inform you that you only will be able to see the same channel like in the living room. You will have access to a washer, an iron and an ironing board and we can prepare one cot and one high chair, in case you need one.

You can park your car on the street, but please keep in mind that in the centre of Palma it's sometimes a bit difficult to find parking space.
This fantastic property is situated in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, close to the lively Santa Catalina district, where you can enjoy lots of restaurants and bars. Palma's old town is famous for its cobbled streets, decorated patios, the cathedral La Seu, the Baluard-Museum for Modern Arts, the Almudaina-Palace and the Bellver-Castle with panoramic views over the bay. Palma is also a must for those who like shopping or going out at night. You can enjoy a long walk along the Paseo Marítimo, past luxury yachts.
A nice idea is a trip by train from Plaza España to Sóller. This journey shows you the unique landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana, the western mountains of Mallorca. Sóller is famous for its beautiful church and the oranges, which you should really try. Furthermore you can easily go to lots of nice beaches like Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, Playa de Palma or Cala Vinyes.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
