This 455m2 villa is distributed over 3 floors. There are 7 bedrooms: 4 on the basement floor and 3 on the first floor. The basement floor is on the same level as the pool. 1 of the bedrooms has a bunk bed, 2 of them have a double bed and 1 has a double bed and an individual bed. One of the bedrooms on the 1st floor counts with a double bed and an en-suite bath room with shower and bath tub, another bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has one individual bed. There is a possibility to prepare 2 extra, individual folding beds. Additionally, on request, there are 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs available. There is one guest toilet for general use, on the ground floor, and one bathroom with bath tub on each one of the other floors.
There are two living rooms: one the ground floor, with 2 sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning, a fire place and a dining table; and one on the basement floor, with 1 sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table. Additionally, there are 2 kitchens: one on the groundfloor and one on the basement floor.Both are independent, fully equipped and work with a hob. You will find all necessary utensils to cook a perfect family dinner. There is a washing machine available, as well as an iron and ironing board. The villa counts with central heating throughout the whole house.
NOTE: This holiday rental cannot accept customers under 30 unless they are travelling with their parents. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.

The villa is situated at 2km from Colònia Sant Jordi, where you will find everything you need during your stay. The nearest beaches are Dolç, the harbour beach, Marqués and Es Trenc, at only 6km. Enjoy a boat trip to the Natural Parc of the island Cabrera, visit the salt factory (where the sea salt is separated from the seawater) or the aquarium, where all local species from Cabrera are being exposed.
