The apartment is equipped with a living room with flat-screen satellite TV, CD-player, radio, a rustic Bavarian type kitchen, one bedroom, a shower room with toilet facilities ensuite, Wi-Fi and parking.
The spacious plot of 3700 sqm including a 50 sqm pool is home to an old tree population where you will find the typical Mediterranean trees such as lemons, oranges, pomegranates, figs, almonds, olives and oleanders. Here you can get a feel of the ”original Majorca“. You will find plenty of opportunities to enjoy your vacation.

In just 5 minutes to Llucmajor, 10 minutes to the next beach, 20 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the next baker, Mueller-Market and discounters, 5 minutes to the next doctor and pharmacies, 10 minutes to Playa de Palma and 20 minutes to the Shopping-Metropolis Palma.
Leave the airport Palma de Mallorca and take the motorway to Santanyi.
At the exit Playa de Palma / S'Aranjassa leave the motorway.
At the first roundabout take the third exit to S'Aranjassa.
At the next roundabout take the second exit to S'Aranjassa.
Follow this road across a third roundabout (keep right) and continue on until you reach the milestone 20.5 (kilometers).
Please turn left into the little road called “Cami Can Vogueta” and immediately turn right at the next crossing. The finca is the third house on the left.
You have reached your destination, congratulations. Total driving time is roughly 15-20 minutes from the airport.
