Description

The studio is located on the first floor of a private house but is completely separately with private entrance.

The studio is fully equipped! It has a living room with open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen sink is extended to dining table/bar with 4 barchairs. The living room has a nice lounge sofa and, of course, a large flat screen television.

The House has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen television.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower in the bath and toilet. Parking is available on a public car park 500 m from the studio.

Sehr schönes, super sauberes, im Zentrum von Ballum liegendes, Studio. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein SPAR-Supermarkt und der Fahrradverleih. Sehr modern und grosszügig im ersten Stock, eingerichtet. Sehr steiler Treppenaufgang. Moderne Küche. Schön wäre es, wenn in der Küche eine Mikrowelle und ein Ofen vorhanden wäre. Weiterhin von Vorteil wäre es, wenn die Duschabtrennung im Bad großzügiger wäre, damit man nicht das halbe Badezimmer beim Duschen unterwasser setzt. Im Sitzen zu duschen ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache! Zimmer und Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Servicepersonal im anhängigen Restaurant mit toller Küche. Abends ist der Ort eher etwas ruhiger. Um sich zu entspannen und zu erholen absolut der richtige Ort! Kann man nur absolut empfehlen! Kommen sehr gene wieder!
