The house is 200 m2 constructed área with porches, old reformed Stable , terraces, a large swimming pool, barbecue and gardens with fruit trees. It has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning (3 double bed and single bed type canapé for childrens) 2 bathrooms, kitchen with old chimeney, a dining area and 2 separate living rooms, a large entrance hallway typical to this type of village house. There is additional outdoor dining under a shade of an awning fabric sail next to the pool.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.
You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
-Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.

The village of Algaida is characterized by its simplicity and purity where you can find everything you might need during your stay.
