Beautiful Villa Hello Sunshine is located in a quiet and picturesque village of Mugeba near Porec.
Porec is well known tourist resort in Istria. First beach is in Zelena and Plava Laguna, 2 km from the villa. Here you will find well groomed stone and gravel beaches and turquoise Adriatic Sea, which have been awarded with Blue Flags for quality standards.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
