Villa Regina is a spacious villa that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests all year because it has heating and cooling systems. The villa (680m2) spans 3800 m2 of land which is good for a variety of outdoor activities such as your own beach for swimming.
The villa on the ground floor contains a spa center incorporating the indoor pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and shower, gym, children's playroom, a room to relax with TV and trillions. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. The services of the cleaning lady and housewife are included in the price. On the first floor there are five fully-equipped bedrooms containing a television, private bathroom with shower or bath, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The four bedrooms contain double beds and one room contain two single beds that can be connected. Summer evenings at the Villa Regina make it even more magical because of the warm atmosphere that it creates. If you are on romantic holiday or a vacation with family and friends you will delight with outdoor cinema pleasant that make evening even more enjoyable with loved ones.

Villa Regina is situated on a very peaceful and intimate location in the natural reservat Limski kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded with steep cliffs sometimes 100 m high. Its name comes from the word „limes“, latin word for „border“. Limski kanal used to be a border between Pula's and Poreč's ager but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj. The bottom of the channel hides many pieces of antique items. It is assumed that during „nevera“ (storm) antique ships were hiding in the channel and, while waiting for better weather, were cleaning the ships, throwing in the sea everything what did not survived the journey on a turbulent sea.
At the area of Limski kanal is situated Romuld's cave – archeological site from paleolitic and very interesting speleological object with cave's decoration. Pirate's cave is one of the caves along the Limski kanal and it is accessible only from the sea. The sea in Limski kanal is very clean, what is favourable for the cultivation of shellfish, spawning of fish and swimming. Limski kanal is very known for the cultivation of shellfish (which you can taste at the nearby restaurant or we can prepare them for you in our Villa). Name Lim fjord occured after filming the TheVikings in 1958 with Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis in the leading roles. In that film Limski kanal has the „role“ of the fjord which was later used for commercial skpurposes until the viking settlement that was built above Limksi kanal collapsed.
