Villa Maccaroni with private pool is located in Central Istria and consists of two houses. The living room in the larger house is located on the ground floor, as well as a dining area connected to a kitchen . 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on this floor also features an additional single bed and another bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom is located on the second floor.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 700€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 100 € per pet per week.
