The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 50 % of rerservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given before arrival date - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 70% of total ammount
4. 14 days or less notice given before arrival date - loss of total payment (damage deposit will be refunded).
