This modern holiday home is located in the small Istrian town called Sveti Petar. It is quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Pore? and Rovinj with their beaches are just a short drive away.
A grocery store is 500 m away. The road connections are excellent with access to a fast motorway for Pula and Trieste airports. (Ryanair, flyglobespan, thomson, Norwegian air shuttle, tuifly, German wings, sterling, wizzair and many Russian charter flights).

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
