The stunning Villa Monte with private pool is located in the Istrian countryside, but at the same time close to the coastal town of Umag. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. Set on a small hill with a magnificent view of the surroundings, this completely restored old stone house offers you a unique experience of Istria.
The first thing that will surely catch your attention is its stylishly decorated modern interior with vintage elements. In the villa, some traditional elements such as wooden beams and stone walls were kept, which gives it its distinct charm.
The property consists of all together three buildings with 4 spacious bedrooms with a lounge area, 4 ensuite bathrooms, a living room, 3 kitchens with a dining area, a wellness area and an entertainment room.
On the ground floor of the first building, there is a so-called “konoba” i.e. a traditional tavern with a dining area for 8 persons where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. In the house, there are also two bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one on the first floor and the other one on the second. Both of the bedrooms have an additional lounge area where you can relax and read a good book.
In the second building on the ground floor, there is a wonderful fully equipped kitchen connected to a living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Two bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower are also located in this house, one on each floor.
The third building on this property is a real gem. On the ground floor, you can relax in the amazing wellness area, which features a sauna, a jacuzzi and a shower. There you can just take it easy and seize the day. A fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor dining and barbecue area is located on the floor below the pool level. On the upper floor, you will be surprised to find an entertainment room with billiards and table football.
The outdoor area simply invites you to take a swim in the pool, lie back in one of the sun loungers and enjoy the stunning view of the surroundings. For those seeking for an active holiday, there are 6 bicycles at disposal in the villa. Pick a bike, put on a helmet and explore the area around the villa in the best way possible – on two wheels with wind in your hair.

In a small Istrian village near the village of Buje and near the town of Umag (approx 20 km) with beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, you can enjoy your vacation. Buje area is known for picturesque hills, vineyards and agro-tourism. The first beach is Kanegra ( about 18 km ). This is a beautiful long pebble beach, suitable for children. The well-known amusement park Istralandia Aqua Park is only a short drive away. Visit the small romantic town Momjan (3 km ) and its galleries and castles.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
