Our thatched house was completed in 2013. It has three living levels. On the ground floor you find a large living-dining area with fireplace, utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with single bed and a shower room. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, a living room with loggia and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the open studio under the roof there is a sitting area with sea view and a further sleeping possibility.
Traditional half-timbered house close to nature under reed with massive wooden ceilings, underfloor heating, sauna in the garden, directly at fields and sea. The plot is separated from the street by a frieze wall and surrounded by planted earth walls.

Our house is situated in the residential park "Meeresblick" on a 900 m2 plot with a view over wheat and rape fields and to the Baltic Sea coast. In the evening you see the beacon of the lighthouse of Cape Arkona.
A path through the fields leads to the natural beach about 300 meters away with a view of the island of Hiddensee. In the immediate vicinity there are several riding stables offering beach rides and riding lessons. At the Wieker Bodden you have the possibility for surfing (surfing and kitesurfing courses).
