Stone villa Gospodi consists of 2 stone houses, with a total of 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the first floor of larger house there are 4 bedrooms with double beds. 2 rooms have en suite bathrooms, while the other 2 use a shared bathroom which is also located on the same floor. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a TV and a fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet at your disposal. There is covered terrace with lounge area and table football. In smaller house, 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both rooms have a double bed and an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor you’ll find an entertainment room with a pool table and darts, and a room with a sauna and fitness area. Between the 2 houses there is a pool with sun loungers and a covered dining area with a barbecue. In the garden there is a trampoline and a swing set. Younger guests have a PlayStation at disposal. The property is fully fenced and has a private parking for 5 cars, of which 3 are shaded.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
