The villa Marijanin vrt can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor of the villa is a living room at your disposal, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. If you go up the stairs, you will come to the first floor, which is designed as a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. At your disposal is a nice swimming pool surrounded by greenery and sun loungers. To provide guests with absolutely everything they need for their perfect vacation, Villa Marijanin vrt has a billiard room and a special fitness room. The owners also thought of your young ones and a little playground and swing is prepared for them.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
