here. By activating your rental you agree to the GTC.
§ 1 Acceptance of Terms
By using this service you accept our Terms of Service.
§ 2 Services
We are solely the mediators between the renter and the rentee. All information
on the objects listed here is based on the information provided by the renter.We
reserve the right to edit or refuse any listing. We are not liable for any damages
caused by not publishing or editing listings.
Contract binding, while renting an object, only exist between the renter and
the rentee.The responsibilty for all information and contents displayed lies
within the person who submitted that content.The services provided by Traum-Ferienwohnungen.de
for publishing object are listed on our "Services" page.
§ 3 Registration Conditions
To use this service you commit yourself to truthfully and correctly provide
us with your personal information by filling out our registration form.You also
are required to keep this information up to date. If we find one or all of the
entries to be incorrect we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove
your account with us.
§ 4 Privacy Policy
Your Registration Data underly our privacy policy. We will save your data on
our system, but we will solely use this information for our own use, but we
will NOT give away your information to any third party organization.
§ 5 Password and Security
You must guarantee that password and account are not made accessible to any
third party and carry for all actions which are carried out under use of your
password or your account, full responsibility. You are obliged to inform us
about every improper use of your account.
§ 6 Liability
Lessors and tenants cannot assert contractual claims or claims for compensation
against us since a contractual relation aout the use of the object does not
take place between the lessor/tenant and us. We are merely mediators. We are
not liable for technical failure. A short-term not accessibility of the servers
and information causes no price reduction.
§ 7 Publication
All information on this side are subject to the copyright. They are our property.
The further processing and use in media of every kind is allowed only by a previous
written approval through us.
§ 8 Payment Modalities
It is our aim to point to vacation objects which can directly be rented by
the lessor and without high commissions. Therefore for the tenant no costs arise
for our arrangement activity. The individual payment modalities, the performances
of the lessor on the spot and all regulations also to the applicable right and
to the place of jurisdiction and the object of the contract concerning have
to be taken from the respective terms and conditions of the lessor. We do not
take responsibility for the contents of these contracts and the terms and conditions.
We charge merely the lessor costs for advertisements and advertising in accordance
with the prices of the valid price table..
§ 9 Salvatorische Clause
If single terms of this contract should be or get ineffective or trivial, then
it does not touch the validity of the other terms of this contract. Instead
of the invalid clause a valid clause shall be put, which comes next in meaning
and contents to the invalid one.
