The apartment had their own entrence. You can go into the boat downstairs near your own terrace.

Broek op langedijk is 10km from the Nordsea. On the coast you find toewristic places like: Egmond aan Zee; Bergen aan Zee; Schoorl; Petten).
Tulips and flowerfields not far away.
You can have beatiful walks in the invirement, also wonderfull too travelling by bike.
In the village we have the famous Museum 'Broekerveiling' Its the oldest sellcentre of legumes where they have selled their products by boat.
