The house is new build in 2007. It is complete from 70-mm-planks from solid nordic pine. Wit ca. 60 m2 it is not only a holidy-house, it is nearly a living-house.

A beautiful walking-tour brings you in approximately 1 ½ hours from your vacation house to Sete Cidades. The next sandy beach is in Mosteiros, distance approximately 5 km. Tourists are rara there.
The Ferraria in Ginetes: take a bath in a hot sources in the ocean, (distance approximately 2 km), in a landscape of volcanos created that seems unreal.
Walking way to the village Ginetes with purchase-possibility: 15 minutes
Walking way to the bus stop: 5 minutes.
Ponta Delgada (capital) with supermarkets, Cafe's and harbor-promenade, airport as well as rent a car approximately 20 km.
