The country house lies in Fusch, the world-famous Grossglocknerhochalpenstreet in the heart of the national park Hohentauern. The skiing areas Zell am See, Europasportregion- Kaprun or Saalfelden are reached in 10 - 30 minutes. The house has a basement, ground floor and first floor. Optimal isolation outside, as well as an aluminium roof keep the house suitable for the winter. The fully automatic central heating keeps it warm. It offers: 3 living kitchens-big one with dishwasher- 3 WC,3 baths and shower - 9 sleeping areas with double, three and four rooms, the garden (2200 mē) is large. In Fusch there is a small ski elevator for beginners and children and a slide area, both in the evening well-lit. Cross country passes directly the house. In the summer: swimming pool at the house, to the Zeller lake 10 km.
