The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one kitchen. Several times a year we use it for ourselves, which is why it is beautifully decorated and newly-remodeled. It is an end-unit location with no one above and only a garage below. Furthermore, we provide a high-speed WLAN Internet access, a laser printer and some basic office supplies without any surcharges. The optimum occupancy is three persons; we can provide a portable baby crib or futon mattress for the third person. Built-in cupboards and a large closet provide space for your belongings (luggage can be stowed).
The surrounding area
Centrally located to the best of Orange County, with LA 45 min north and San Diego 75 min south. Only 10 min to the beach and Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1). LAX is only 45 min away and Orange County John Wayne Airport is only 15 min away. Disneyland is only 25 min away.
Within walking distance to the apartment are many restaurants, cinemas, pharmacy, grocery store, and more.
