This century-old restored house is located at the end of the village at the end of a dead-end street. From the private garden and every room of the house there is an unobstructed view of countryside and sea. The sun sets magnificently into the Ocean right in front of the house and garden with its BBQ area.
The fully equipped kitchen with slate flooring and stone counter top is full of light, as is the living/dining area which has patio doors leading out to the garden. The master bedroom offers a more panoramic view of sea and village from the veranda. There is central heating throughout the house as well as a fireplace in the living room.

The nearest beach, Praia d’Adraga, is just a short walk away.
In the very charming unspoiled Village you find everything for daily live, such as a range of cafés, restaurants, shops and a shady marked place to sit and see the local live passing by.
Sintra with its many places of historical interest (it is a World Heritage Site) is a 15 minute drive. Cascais, which is more of a resort town, and has beaches and a marina, is a 25 minute drive. There are many small town and Roman sites in the area.

Besides your beach you will find several international 18 whole golf-courses in the area, as well as tennis, horse-riding, bike-rentals and so on. In the huge forest you can walk or cycle on well kept ways to famous sightseeing locations and splendid views over the coast up to Lisbon. In summer the cities compete with open-air festivals, theater, concerts and a lot of museums including some just for children. Situated between the pittoresque “heritage of mankind” Sintra and the fashionable Cascais-Estoril you will find lots of sightseeings of Portugals rich cultural inheritance but also night-bars, fancy restaurants and the Estoril Casino and Motodrome. Last but not least Lisbon.
