This newly built apartment is spacy, comfortable and an ideal spot for a family or a group of friends.
It is on the third floor of our family house, but it has a separate entrance as well as a private parking lot and a garage.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen with all the utensils, a spacy living room and a balcony with a magnificent view.

The house is situated in a peaceful area of the commercial center of Dubrovnik called Gruz, just 2 km from the Old Town.
The best beaches are also about 2 km away, and you can reach them either by bus, car or on foot.
You will find a supermarket (20m), a bus station (100m), a pharmacy (200m), most of the big shopping centers as well as the ferries (100m)to the nearby islands, all near the house.

Biking, fishing, hiking, diving activities can be found in Dubrovnik in the summer time.
The most popular ones are water sports which are organized from a nearby beach called Copacabana (2km).
Mountain biking, horseback riding and others are also organized through different agencies.
Of course, you can also do all the activities always on your on.
