Casa Cotta is a old stone house, The building was restructured from the owner, Lady Giuseppina, in 2006, maintaining all the typical features of Liguria architecture and is become now a very pretty holiday apartment for a relaxing holiday in the Liguria Countryside.
The flat is divided up to floors. Entry on the ground floor, with living room with Kitchenette, Day-Bed for 2 Persons, fire place, table with chairs, balcony with beautiful view till the sea, Tv Satellite.
Through a wood step you go up to the first floor, where there is a bed room with double bed (possible also a second child bed), the bathroom with shower. From the first floor window-door going to the small garden with barbecue, deck chairs.
The surrounding area
The sorrounding offer many possibilities for hiking and mountain bike. The village, Pantasina, with 120 Inhabitants, 1 grocery shop, is a very quiet and peacefull place, in the middle of olives trees, unique ligurien landscape and not far from the Cost. Imperia 13 km, Strand 13 km, Sanremo 25 km, Diano Marina 20 Km.
