The holiday house is newly reconditioned in 2006 and is located at the western city limit in Spandau. The house has approx. 115 square meter floor space, which are divided as follows: 1 living/bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 kitchen.

Kitchen: Installation kitchen with cosy corner.
Baths: each with a shower, wash basin and WC.
Rooms in the 1. floor: a room with a double bed, the further with 2 single beds.
Room in ground floor: 1 room with double bed, a living/bedroom, a TV and a stereo.

The large garden (1500m²) offers sufficiently opportunity for relaxation (sun chairs available).
The terrace is equipped with a party table combination and a BBQ
