The surrounding area

Our house is located outside of Schiefling at a very quiet and sunny site with a magnificent view to the southerly mountains "Karawanken".

By car yoou reach within few minutes the entertainment centro Velden, where is located the casino as well.

Enjoy the beauty of the carinthian lakes and use the offer of various possibilities of water sport. Within few minutes by car you achieve a high numer of lakes - e.g. Wörthersee, Keutschachersee (famous for there nudist beach) and the Hafnersee.
Our house is the ideal starting point for walking tours and biking trough the marvellous carinthian country. Make a stop in Velden, Dellach, Maria-Wörth, walk to the Pyramiden- or Kathreinkogel and enjoy extensive walkaways in our neighbourhood.
