Our Apartment is situated on the first floor. There are 5 rooms (3 with shower and toilet in the room) and for 2 rooms the bathroom is on the floor. Further there is a big living room with kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with all you need (dishwasher, coffee mashine / kettle, mini oven, 4 hot plates, refrigerator )
Our sunny balcony is reachable from every room.

In every season you have the possiblility to discover our beautiful landscape. At our side all kinds of holidays are possible - activity or relaxing holiday - it's your choice.
In winter the access to cross country ski run is situated directly behind our house. If you favour skiing, you have different skiing resorts (with ski schools) a few steps from here.
Enjoy in summer our crystal clear mountain lakes and discover the beautiful mountainarea while hiking or walking on the numerous trails. Or do you prefer riding a bicycle? Then there are numerous of bike paths for you to discover.
Castles of Ludwig II are reachable in short time by car.
