The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a three-storey residential and commercial building which was renovated in the summer of 2006. It is 55 square metres in size and has a living room, bedroom, hall, shower and kitchen. A boatcharter moved into the commercial premises on the ground floor.

The first sight to visit in Lübeck is only a few yards away from the "Seagull’s Nest: the narrow streets and old houses of the Gängeviertel located between the Untertrave and Koberg Square. All the sights of the city are accessible on foot from the holiday apartment.

Activities
Even if the typical holidaymaker to Lübeck is more inclined towards tracing cultural history, there is a whole range of leisure facilities available: fishing on the Trave (on your doorstep, so to speak), golf in Travemünde, cycling on the excellent cycling paths surrounding the city, swimming in indoor pools and in the Wakenitz Lake, hiking in the expansive forests around Lübeck and, of course, water sports.
