The Mill of Ceps is situated in the middle of three houses built directly on a hill, 500m away from the little village Ceps. It is a very old house, but renovated over years with all modern comfort, but respecting the special character and spirit.
On first floor a courtyard and on third floor a terrasse with a rock garden.
In front of the house a small lane leads in the vineyards and 20m downwards you are on the river Orb, whose clear water (warm in summer)comes from the mountains. Perfect for swimming and kayak.

The valley of the river Orb profits of a mediterranean climate between the sea and the montains, where palms, orange- and olive-trees grow, and of course vineyards everywhere.
Beziers is 35 minutes away and in about 30 min. more you are on the sea. The distance to Montpellier is 100 km, to Carcassone 120 km, and in about 3 hours you are in Barcelone.
In the north of Ceps you reach the mountains (Cevennes) in 40 minutes, perfect for walking and climbing.

Because the river is situated in front of the house you can transport the kayaks with a car up the river and you arrive at home.
Other sport-activities are about half an hour away.
