The flat is situated in the centre of Diano Marina, a very cosy city. There is a typically italian streetlife with restaurants, cafes, shopping, a market once a week and evening strolls on the seaside promenade.
Many intersting places nearby are worth a trip: Genoa (stunning ancient quarter, aquarium), Cervo (an old pittoresque mountain city with little shops and galleries), the well-known show caves of Toirano. In the neighbouring city of Cervo concerts take place in front of the culisse of the church. France is quite near for daytrips to Monaco, Nice or Cannes.
