Villa "Alica" was built as a massive construction and is a detached Florida-bungalow with a total living area of 2,150 square feet. It is located in a residential area, hence not in a gated community.On the wonderfully quite and tropically planted waterfront lot which has a size of approx. 11,000 square feet you will find an ample patio with a private pool of the size 32 x 15 feet which is electrically heatable and has a hot-tub with waterfall. The house is located at a sea water canal! The journey time by boat to the Gulf of Mexico is about 25 minutes. The distance to the next shopping center is approximately 2 miles. The maximum occupancy is 8 adults. The furnishing is stylish.
The surrounding area
Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida, directly at the Gulf of Mexico. The two cities Cape Coral and Fort Myers are separated by the Caloosahatchee River which is floating into the Gulf. Cape Coral is a lagoon-town and because of it’s approximately 400 miles of waterways it is often called the "Venice of America". Within 30 minutes from here you can easily reach the perfect beaches of the nearby islands Sanibel and Captiva by car or boat. Fort Myers – the livelier city – is called the "City of Palms" because of its 15 mile long palm alley. Here you have activities of all different kinds and Fort Myers Beach is a good alternative to the pristine beaches of the islands.

Friends of nature find their destination in the nearby Everglades. By car you can reach within 2-3 hours the parks of Busch, Disney and Cape Caneveral.

For your journey many charter and scheduled flights from all mayor US hubs and European airports to Fort Myers are avialable. This is the closest airport. The trip by car from there to our house is just 35 minutes. But you may also fly to Miami, Orlando, Tampa or Fort Lauderdale (2-3 hours by car).
