This is how to get to the ferry to Spiekeroog:
First possibility: Motorway to the Wilhelmshaven crossroads where you leave the motorway, then via Jever and Carolinensiel to Neuharlingersiel.
A little further, but usually faster: A 29 to the exit Horumersiel, then via Hooksiel and Carolinensiel.
