Apartment 1 on ground floor:

80 sq.m. for 2-6 people. Direct access onto the south-eastern terrace and into the garden. Suitable for wheelchairs. Fireplace.

Apartment 2 on first floor:

80/90 sq.m. for 2-8 people. (Attic as 3rd sleeping for 2 people, as an extra). With large windows through which the light floods, broad view of the countryside. Large interior, open timber-frame construction. Fireplace.

In the heart of the lakeland area between Müritz und Mecklenburg Switzerland...

600 m from the house in national park with Flachsee [“flat lake”], 30 m deep and 3 km long; clear water with bathing area, landing stage and rowing boat for guests. No motor boots – bathing as before!

Hiking for experts between Burg Schlitz [castle] and the broad moraines along Lake Malchin: Mecklenburg Switzerland! Marvellous!

Storks, cranes, ospreys and sea eagles, ancient, gnarled oaks... foxes, deer.

Cycling tours and excursions to the many castles and lakes. Sailing, hiring out of canoes...

Many castles: Basedow, Schlitz, Schorssow, Ulrichshusen with its music festivals.
