The traditional house in a quiet residential area was completely restored three years ago and equipped with every modern komfort (central heating, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, SAT TV etc) It is situated in a big walled garden with several terraces overlooking th Cabo da Roca, the most western point of the continent. 6-7 persons can spent a splendid time here and parents don’t have to worry about kids and even a dog roaming around in the garden.

The house is located on a sunny slope between two villages where you find little local shops, a weekly farmers market, cafés and nice restaurants of diffrent types. Right next is a vast forest to walk or cycle to famous sightseeing locations and splendid views over the coast up to Lisbon. Close by you’ll find some pretty unspoiled beaches, some of them famous for their excellent surfing conditions. Lot’s of places to visit with children who are welcome everywhere. Don’t miss a ride on the historical tram from Sintra to the beach.

Besides the beaches you will find several gelf-courses in the area, as well as tennis, horse-riding, bike-rentals and so on. In summer the cities compete with open-air festivals, theater, concerts and a lot of museums including some just for children. Situated between the pittoresque “heritage of mankind” Sintra and the fashionable Cascais-Estoril you will find lots of sightseeings of Portugals rich cultural inheritance but also night-bars, fancy restaurants and the Estoril Casino and Motodrome. Last but not least Lisbon.
