The vacation rental

Comfortable Swiss family house for 2 to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, nicely furnished kitchen, though no dishwasher, television corner with satellite television and radio and interior fireplace, dining room
Large main library with books for every age.
Family games.
The whole house is furnished with oil-fired heating and is thus also ideal for the winter season.

Large garden with lawn and private swimming pool (4 x 8 m), pergola covered over in ivy with garden fireplace.

Very reasonable prices all year round. Special offer from 14 October 2006 to 5 April 2007: 2 weeks, 450 euro, price valid for up to 4 people, heating costs are extra.

Swimming pool and garden are regularly tended by our Swiss manager on site. He will explain everything about the house and the surrounding area to you

The surrounding area

The house is located on a housing estate with no through traffic. Since Spaniards also live there, it is never deserted.
The house is located 1 km away from the slightly sloping sandy beach. There are sandy bays, also rocks and stony bays. There are no hotels by the sea or on the estate.
A vegetable market is held every day in the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, 4 miles away, where there are also many shops and a doctor’s surgery, pharmacy and internet café.
Miami de Mar, located 15 km away to the north, has a lot to offer, some large supermarkets, etc.
Europe’s largest water adventure park is located 45 km to the north, in Salou.
The Ebro delta, with a paradise for water aquatic birds in the nature reserve, is located 45 km to the south
