Our chalet is built on three floors and has enough beds for 7 people (incl. 1 sofabed on the gallery) + 1 kinderbed.
The chalet is located right on the slopes and at only 100 meters from the cable car.
1st floor: 3 nice sleeping rooms, a big bathroom with wash-dry machine and a terrace.
2nd floor: a living-room with a very confortable sofa, TV-sat, DVD player, radio-cd, a nice cheminee, a full equipped kitchen with dishwascher, raclette and fondue set, coffee machine etc, a small bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view on glaciers and slopes.
3rd floor: a galery with sofabed, hamac, books and various games for children and parents.
Lauchernalp
The surrounding area
Lauchernalp is a very nice ski resort located at 2000 meters above the sea which is very easy to access as it's close to Loetschberg tunnel.
Summer activities:
There are a lot of nice walks and mountainbike roads for discovering this typical valley. Lakes, glaciers, landscaps, terraces... are simply wonderful !!
Winter activities:
Ski, nordicski, sledge, winterpath... As the ski-field goes from 1400 to 3111 m., you are assured to have snow from November until April. With the snow, the road to Lauchernalp becomes in winter a nice sledge slope of 8 km.
As there is no car (only a cable car), the village is great for children and very quiet.
The slopes and the powder are a paradise for skiers and snowboarders

Travel information
Bern - Kandersteg - Lötschberg tunnel - Wiler, take the cable car and you will get Lauchernalp – 2000m (the chalet is located at only 50m from the cable car). In summer, you can go to Lauchernalp with the car and you can park in front of the chalet.
