The house has a nickname and is called "Beach Castle".
The house is framed by the Baltic Sea and the "Burger Lake" (saltwater) and stands on a spit of land, surrounded by water.
The building is located next to the beach. At the beginning the water is shallow, that means that also the youngster can go into the water without fear.
The yachtharbour is approx. 150 metres away. Restaurants and stores are close by, some are in the house and can be reached by feet.
The apartment is located on the first floor.
