The holiday house consists of a house half with approx. 110 mē and offers place for at the most 8 persons. The house consists of 3 floors. In the upper floor are the two bedrooms with in each case a double bed and a stick bed, a WC give it likewise. In the ground floor you find a completely furnished installation kitchen. The living room range is comfortable furnished and ordererd over Sat TV inclusive DVD and Disc-Player. The cosiness of the house is enriched by a pellet furnace. The basement loads for easing and staying in, because the sauna and the cosy quiescent corner lures here. There is still another shower and a towel heating, in addition a clear an generous bathroom sheeting. On the course are a separate WC etc....
The surrounding area
The holiday house alpine rose is on the Alpe Garfescha in sunny, clm situation with fantastic panorama. They reach the house in the summer by means of a mautstrasse and in the winter with the chair lift.
The area loads also in the summer to different activitiers in, so e.g.: Moves, mountain pasters, Paraglieten (tandem flights) or Mountainbiken. In the valley there are some resounding and open-rir swimming pools, in addition there is in the proximity of the house a nature bath lake, that much completely likes is with large and small.
