Our 5 year old house (approx. 90 m2) consists of a separate kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage and one covered and one uncovered terraces. There is also a small privat garden. The house is very luxury with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, central heating and air condition.
The house is located in a nice quiet and very well maintained urbanization with a big common swimming pool and tennis court only 100 meters away from the house. There is access to the pool from the 1st. of June to the 30th. of September.
From the house and terraces there are lovely view to the sea and the nature and it is in a distance of only one kilometre to the beach and the centre of the charming Spanish town Peņiscola.

The surrounding area
Peņiscola is a small city between Barcelona and Valencia. It lays on a rock out in the sea.
On the small beach in centre of the city you can swim and play. Here you can also rent boats and water jets. And when you are hungry there is only 50 meters to a row of small and lovely restaurants, where you can have 'Tapas' or other typical Spanish lunch.
Just north of Peņiscola there are 5 miles long sand beaches, where there are a lot of activities all day. Again there are also here a lot of restaurants just a few meters away.
Peņiscola has still a lot of fishermen and you can buy fresh fish on the harbour every day. After that you can see the fishermen and there wives repair net on the harbour just in front of the old castle.

In Tarragona aproximatly 70 miles north of Peņiscola lies Europes secondmost visited amusement park - only exeded by Disneyland Paris.
If you bring or rent a car you can also take a drive into the rocky hinterland. This area is very eventful and offers great expiriences. Some of the best are St. Joseph's Caver, that lies near La Vall d'Uixķ.

You've got severel options if you choose to fly to Peniscola. The two nearest airports lies in Tarragona (Reus) and Valencia, but also Barcalona and Alicante lies within reasonable driving distance.
If you want to to drive to Peniscola it's easy as well. The motorway goes all the way to Peņiscola.
