Our second holiday apartment has been accomplished at summer 2004 and is located at the end of the house, with 60 square metres on two floors and a terrace towards the meadow. In the entrance there`s a winter garden with 5 square metres: ideal for looking the stars! Also our second holiday apartment has a special flair created by the wooden ceiling and its natural stone walls.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a dinig area and a cosy couch with access to the wintergarden and the terrace.
In the apartment we haved installes a spiral staircase. Therefore we advise you to travel with smaller luggage. In the upper floor there are two closed bedrooms: one with double-bed and the other with double-bed and single-bed

Our farm "La Vicomterie" was built about 200 years ago in the typical style of the peninsula Cotetin: almost 30 metres long, but only 8 metres wide - a house built of natural stones!
Our land has a size of 5000 square metres, on its bounderies there`s on one side a little stream and a pond.
The peninsula Cotentin is Normandy`s farthest western part and next to Brittany. It`s a land reaching into the sea with long sandy beaches, dunes and steep cliffs. The peninsula is green all through the year, lined with hedges, with villages, abbeys and castles of hundreds of years of age.
Cotentin is the land of the Camembert, the Cidre and the Calvados, a region full of traditions and far from the tourist crowds - it`s a hospitable region!

The sea is just 12 km away: swimming, surfing, sailing... and long sandy beaches - a visit to Mont-Saint-Michel - to the Channel Islands by ferry - the historical beaches of invasion of World War II are 1 - 2 hours away - visit to the towns: Coutances with its historical cathedral and Granville with its busy fishing port......
