Kontoyiannis house is a very large family house centered around a secluded courtyard. Can be let as four large apartments or villa. Great for relaxing and experiencing typical Cypriot living. Each apartment has its own en suite bathroom with proper bath and is self catered with full kitchen facilities including cooker with oven. There is even a washing machine in the garden for use by all the guests.
We have visitors all year long as the house is suitable for summer or winter holidays. A/C and central heating.Towels and sheets are supplied and a cleaner comes in every few days

Nestled in the King River (Vasilopotamos) valley at the foot of Kalavasos Dam, Kalavasos is centrally located whole of Cyprus. 5 mins drive sea, Governors beach and Zigi fishing village. Lots of restaurants in village and surrounding areas. We are 20 mins from Limassol, 25 minutes from Larnaca airport and 30 mins from Nicosia 1 hours drive from Paphos and the mountains. Come pick grapes while sitting on your balcony or fruit from our orchard! You can even help us pick our olives if you come during the winter months.
