The separate entrance leads into the living area, which has a sofa bed, dining table, TV and kitchen area. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, a further bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and washing machine.
The outside area provides plenty of privacy: a roofed terrace and a barbecue area paved with natural stone with rustic wooden benches, surrounded by bushes and granite rocks is a pleasant place to spend time.

The surrounding area
Costa Paradiso is about 90 km from Olbia (airport, ferry port) or Golfo Aranci (ferry port) and is a holiday facility providing a complete infrastructure set amongst bizarre granite rocks and surrounded by Mediterranean macchia. The most beautiful beaches in North Sardinia can be quickly accessed by boat trip or car.
It would be, however, a real pity just to see this region as a destination for a beach holiday. There are charming small towns all along the coast, as well as inland, offering a wide variety of shopping and picturesque town centres inviting you to take a stroll. The house also provides an ideal base for cycling and mountain bike tours at all levels of difficulty, especially before and after the main season.
