The apartment is in the attic storey of a building with two other apartments. It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC and a guest WC. The total living area is approximately 80 square metres. The house was built in 1991; the apartment was renovated in 2005 and newly furbished.

Pfaffenhofen is in the so-called "Upper Zabergäu" in the south of the Heilbronn administrative district, about 50 km from Stuttgart.
The charming countryside between the Stromberg and Heuchelberg mountains with its fertile valleys and vineyards and delightful little towns and villages is also called “Little Italy”, on account of its fertileness and the pleasant climate.
The Upper Zabergäu has much to offer in the way of leisure, two lovely bathing lakes being available, which can easily be reached by bicycle too. There are beautiful routes through the vineyards and forests which are ideal for cycling trips and walks. Towns such as Heilbronn (about 25 minutes’ drive) and Stuttgart city centre (approx. 1 hour) are within easy reach.
