Your holiday residence consists of a living room, bedroom with two beds and a large closet, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and an anteroom.
The couch in the living-room can be converted into one additional bed (150 x 200 cm) for two.
The windows of the living room are south oriented and provide a lovely view of your garden with a private sitting and a marble statue of the Venus de Milo.
The landlords live at the same premises and provide help and support if necessary.

The surrounding area
The holiday house is surrounded by a large natural garden with lovely view over Vienna. The famous Vienna Woods begin directly behind the house. The property is situated at the end of a dead-end street with almost no traffic. Directly in front of the entrance there are sufficient free public parking places available.
Just in a few minutes of walking distance you find the Viennese suburb Neustift am Walde, besides Grinzing the most famous wine village of Vienna with many slug restaurants and wine cellars. After your walks through the vineyards you can enjoy the famous Viennese hospitality.
From here there is also a frequently operating public bus service 24 hours a day to the city center.

The holiday house is only 10 minutes from the European long distance hiking trails No. 4 and W4 and provides opportunity for extensive undisturbed hikes through the Vienna Woods.
The Viennese Mountainbike trails are also in close distance.
