The property, a 30 year old private holiday house, was recently completely refurbished and refurnished. It is equipped with everything necessary to provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 people regardless the season. The accommodation is arranged as a single living area on one floor. It comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is one good sized fully furnished bedroom with a twin bed and a bathroom with a toilet, a wash basin and a shower. The sofa in the living room transforms in a comfortable twin bed for two persons (150 cm wide). There is a balcony in front of the house with a garden set. A royal covered veranda behind the house overlooks a large garden with pine and olive trees, lavender, rosemary and heather.

The island Hvar is one of the most beautiful islands in the south of Dalmatia. With 2700 hours per year it is the island with the most sun in middle Europe. In May 1997 Hvar was listed in the American travel guide Journal Traveler as one of the 10 most beautiful islands of the world (among Anguilla, Bali, Bora Bora, Capri...). The climate on Hvar is characterized by warm and dry summers and mild winters. Rich with pine tree forests and Mediterranean plants such as lavender and rosemary, freshen with summer winds, the island Hvar is even in the hottest summer days a rare spot in Dalmatia with fresh air and pleasant nights. Because of its position the island is a perfect starting place for trips.
