This cozy vacation apartment is situated in our country house. It is surrounded by pines, olive trees and fields. Located just outside the gates of Rome, in the middle of the nature reserve of 'Decima Malafede', the Coliseum is just 18 km away. Should you wish, you may visit the sea or conquer the holy city - whatever your desire, you will really be able to relax here. Vigna Licia lies in the middle of the Roman countryside in a garden with olive trees, grapewines and a swimming pool. Castelgandolfo and Nemi lakes are about 20 minutes by car, the sea is about 15 km away. The apartment is on the first floor, and consists of 4 rooms, out of which 1 living-room with dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with sofabed,1 bathroom with shower, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, refrigerator, freezer, oven, TV/SAT, Radio, 2 terraces, barbecue, children playground, outdoors furniture, garden and parking. 'Vigna Licia' is located in the heart of the nature reserve 'Decima-Malafede', the biggest one into an European city (6000h). The beautiful 'Campagna Romana', the Roman country, so many beloved from Goethe, surrounds the property. The community consists of a number of separate houses. Despite that, a well-stocked shop, a butcher, tennis courts, a public swimming pool and horse riding are all available here. Rome, Ostia, Frascati, the "Castelli Romani", the seaside are about 20-30 min away, Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, are about 30min away, plus many other.
You can spend a relaxing holiday in the country and still be in the immediate vicinity of Rome. Vigna Licia is only 18 Km from the centre of the city and 9 Km from the ring road (GRA).
The sea is also not far with the beautiful beaches of Torvaianica and Pratica di Mare only about 15 Km away.
The Roman castles in the villages of Rocca di Papa, Grottaferrata, Albano and Ariccia, the spectacular summer residence of the Pope and some fabulous lakes are only 15 Km away.
In the area immediately around the house there is a riding school, some tennis courts and a public swimming pool not to mention the opportunities to go jogging or have a walk in the countryside.
Just a few steps down the road from Vigna Licia, there is a small grocer’s and a butcher’s.
